Hotel policy

* Prices are in euros (€), per studio/apartment, for one night's stay, breakfast included, provided the booking is for a minimum of three (3) nights. Different prices (on a case to case basis) apply for a booking of 1-2 nights in total.
* Prices include 11% VAT and 2% municipal tax.
* Baby Cot: Children under the age of 4 stay for free on a double room.
* To fully confirm your booking, an advance payment is required (25% of the total costs; minimum sum is the cost of 1 night's stay). Once we notify you of our bank account details, advance payment must be done within two (2) weekdays. If you fail to meet this deadline, the booking is considered invalid and the hotel room is no longer reserved.
* Check-in time is 12 noon. Check-out time is 12 noon.
* Bookings canceled 21 days (or more) prior scheduled arrival carry no booking fees. Late cancellation (less than 21 days prior scheduled arrival) carries a booking fee to the amount of 30% of the total costs.
